Has the New York Times been watching me for years? I would not call what I do sedentary. I just have very little activity for decades at a time.It not too late for me to change this article shows that change is good…real good.

Becoming physically active in middle age, even if someone has been sedentary for years, substantially reduces the likelihood that he or she will become seriously ill or physically disabled in retirement, new research shows.
